These are the questions a Google employee asked passers-by in Times Square, New York.. surprisingly only 8% of the people gave correct answers.

If you work in IT Tech Support you will be shaking your head.

But this video just highlights the fact that there is still a need for awareness and education about the internet, browsers, social media and technology in general.
