No it isn’t possible (presently) to download the email addresses of your Facebook Fans.

This is really helpful! is there anyway of getting the email address of people who have ‘liked’ are a fan of a group?

If Yahoo! is unable to import your Facebook Address book, open your Facebook page and choose “Application Settings” under Account.

Next remove the “Yahoo! Contact Importer” application from your Facebook profile and try the steps again.
