    This blog caters to people of all abilities and stages along the social path, whether newbie or otherwise and I think this video nicely highlights the end-to-end flow that many wouldn't be aware of.

    Thanks for the heads-up with those tools, I had heard of SocialMention but not the other two and will look into them.

    Hi Matthew, why dont you think of discussing more about the social media monitoring tools like whostalkin, socialmention, backtype etc etc.

    i see that the video ( no doubt created by an industry expert ) but i am sorry to say that its doesnt contain so much information to be embedded in this informative blog,
