Originally I had this file on my web server but have since moved it offsite to box.net (and have subsequently pointed the link there).
I am assuming the page you accessed was a cached page.. I've cleared the cache and you should now be good to go. Please try downloading again.

And yes if you are setting this up on your own site, you will have to choose “employee”.. I am presuming they view your website as the business, and the owner of the site as the employee of that business.
