Twitterverse and The Conversation Prism

Twitterverse
The Twitterverse diagram shows the immense reach Twitter has into the social web and where many of the various Twitter tools sit in relation to it.
The Conversation Prism
The Conversation Prism has actually been around for a while and shows a macro view of the social media landscape and all the various services and technologies associated with it.
Both diagrams really help the user understand better where things are in the sometimes confusing world of social media.

Great diagrams
It is really confusing to see the whole social media sphere clearly but these diagrams kinda help to understand it a little better. Thanks for sharing these.
